In the world of real estate, every transaction is not just a deal; it's a relationship, a journey, and a shared venture towards making dreams come true. As we reflect on another year of providing top-notch Real Estate services to our incredible clients and being present in our communities, we’re feeling a lot of gratitude!

This year was a quieter one – with a slower Real Estate market here in the Tri-Cities, paired with steadily rising rates, it wasn’t a year for the typical volume of home purchases and sales. Nevertheless, we all made it through, and things are looking more promising for 2024. Although it was not a typical market – we had a blast this year doing what we do best: being involved in and supporting our communities!

June brought us the 2 nd annual Fremont 5km, which is a fun run/walk we hold in Port Coquitlam. We had just under 100 participants and enjoyed a fabulous afterparty at Nice Life Spirits. We’re looking forward to 2024’s run, which will be held on June 9 th this year. Stay tuned for details.

We held a brand-new event on Burke Mountain this year  The Dog Days of Summer. This adorable in every way event included “best dog trick” challenge, cutest dog photo contest and an all-around great day hanging out with our best furry friends. We’re looking forward to hosting this again this year!

October brought us our 10th (10th!!) annual Great Burke Mountain Pumpkin Giveaway, which was a smashing success. It was a gorgeous day and we had hundreds of families out to collect their pumpkin, grab a candy bag and participate in our annual costume photo contest, which was held on our community Facebook group. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces from the neighbourhood, and visit with our clients!

In November, Rebecca set out to summit the Pasochoa volcano in Ecuador, as part of the Royal LePage Ecuador Trek for Shelter. She trekked for 5 days at high altitude with her colleagues from across the country and personally fundraised $18,309.81, which contributed to a national total of over $1.7m raised for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. 80% of the funds raised by Rebecca will go directly to Tri-City Transitions Society, a local women’s shelter here in Port Coquitlam, and 20% will support national violence prevention programs.

As 2023 comes to a close and new year has begun, we want to thank you so much for your continued business, trust, friendship and referrals. One thing that remains true every passing year is that we do work with the most incredible clients – that’s you! Thank you! And as we express our gratitude, we also want to reiterate our commitment to providing exceptional service. We will continue to work tirelessly to exceed your expectations, offering not just real estate expertise but also a supportive hand throughout the entire process.

Looking forward to a healthy, happy and prosperous 2024!
