Holiday Fun in Greater Vancouver

The holiday season is officially here and, although there are still restrictions in place, holiday events and attractions are happening!  Here are some great events happening that you won't want to miss:

Lumagica - Cloverdale Fairgrounds in Surrey

Lumagica is here for the first time!  Featuring indoor and outdoor light displays, interactive installations, photo opportunities and animatronics, Lumagica has something for everyone.  Food, drinks and a holiday market are also included in the Lumagica experience.  Open 4-10pm until December 30th.  Tickets available.  

Bear Creek Santa Express Train - Bear Creek Park in Surrey

BC Trains is at it again with their annual Santa Express Christmas train!  6-9pm, from December 8th to December 31st.  Enjoy light displays, holiday music and Santa.  The Santa Express train is $11.50 per person. 

Lights at Lafarge Lake - Lafarge Lake in Coquitlam

The City of Coquitlam is at it again with their annual light display at Lafarge Lake.  Enjoy several light displays in not one, but two walking loops.  Avoid the crowds and arrive early.   This is a free event.  

PNE Winter Lights - PNE Fairgrounds

A little something different this year - a drive through light display!  Winter Lights takes you through nine enchanted lands, in the comfort and warmth of your own car.  There's also the Reindeer Shuttle, a transit alternative added by Translink. Both Winter Lights and the Reindeer Shuttle can be booked in advance. $37 per vehicle, Reindeer Shuttle is $10-$14 per person.  There's also a full food menu, including your favourite PNE treats.
