Meet The Team: Steph Wagner

How long have you been in real estate and what brought you to the industry? 

I’ve been working in Real Estate for about 5 years, and wear several different hats - from transaction management to staging to general RE assistance.

Where did you grow up? 

I grew up in Whalley. That’s in Surrey. Bit of a rough neighbourhood, but my childhood was awesome there.

What's your favourite local neighbourhood and why? 

I really love living in Port Coquitlam. We have some super great dining spots, lots of trails and parks and the community is really tight-knit.

If you could build your dream home, what are the top 3 things you would include? 

• A large deck for hanging out on

• A wine cellar

• A large, amazing kitchen

What's your favourite local shop?  

I love Provincial Spirits. It’s a new addition to Poco and they have hand-crafted cocktails, made with their in-house produced spirts. Delicious!

What's your favourite local restaurant? 

I love the little places around Poco. Tip Thai, Sushi Village, Amigo Café, Izba and last, but not least, the food at the Arms is really good.

A fun fact about yourself? 

I lived in Japan for a year and became fluent in Japanese. I’m also a fully trained and certified barista!
