New Year Reset and Big News!

Happy New Year, everyone! With the arrival of 2025, we’re excited to share some big news—Steph and I have made the move to a new brokerage within Royal LePage! While we’ll truly miss the amazing team at Royal LePage West, the opportunity to start fresh with Royal LePage Sterling just felt like the perfect next step. We can’t wait to settle into our new office space and gear up for a successful, healthy, and prosperous year ahead.

Looking forward, 2025 is shaping up to be an exciting year for real estate. As we approach spring, we’re anticipating a busier market, and with an interest rate decrease anticipated at the end of January, there’s plenty to feel optimistic about.
