When you decide that it's time to sell your home, it can be a whirlwind of cleaning, decluttering, sorting, packing and repairing to prepare for photos, showings and open houses. It can be hard work getting a home ready for sale!

At Permack and Associates, we pay a lot of attention to our clients and we dedicate a lot of time to providing incredible client care. We try to do everything possible to make the home selling process as straightforward and efficient as possible. Living in your home while juggling open houses and showings can be tricky…and our goal is to make it easier! 

One thing that often gets overlooked is spots on glass and stainless surfaces. Unfortunately, it's something that potential buyers always notice, and it can distract from their experience of taking in your spotless kitchen or ensuite. If you have kids or pets, you know how quickly and easily these things get messy.

In our constant effort to do the little things right, we're now delivering multi-surface cloths to our clients so they can make sure their home shines for showings and open houses! The cloths use hot water to clean (bonus points for environmentally friendly options!) and leave glass and stainless spotless! They've been such a huge hit, and it once again reminds us that it's really the little things that make all the difference.
